No magic dust — but a little sparkle
Egon von Neindorff
Horses speak a quiet yet unmistakably clear language. My goal is to help people understand that language and develop fluent body communication — so that real connection can grow and with that comes control.
Earned trust, respect, and clear communication are the foundation of my work, regardless of riding style or personal goals.
Since 1991, I have accompanied horses and humans as a horse professional. My work is aimed at adults and children alike — from pleasure horses to sport horses. There are no quick fixes, even through sometimes it just takes very little to positively change a situation. Development requires patience, sensitivity, and a genuine relationship.
One example is trailer loading: It’s not pressure but understanding that allows a horse to step in calmly and willingly. Traditional methods often ignore inner tension — I help horses stay centered and make a decision for their balance and themselves, to be able to succeed in human world.
Experiences like those reach far beyond single situations — they strengthen trust in everyday life, under saddle, and in new challenges. And when difficulties arise, a clear concept provides structure and fills in any missing pieces, especially reducing tension in the nowadays very sensitive horses.
My training sessions include:
- Groundwork to build communication, release tension and a shared language
- Mental, emotional and physical balance for both horse and human
- Variety and problem-solving in everyday situations, such as trailer loading
- Preparing the horse for all tasks it may encounter in life
- Developing balance and the muscle structure to carry a rider in a way that strengthens and empowers
- Improving the rider’s seat, aids and communication while riding
